Custom Embroidered Wood Golf Headcovers
This custom embroidered wood golf headcover is designed for golf brands, distributors, tournament programs and private-label collections. The illustrated sample uses a clean PU body, contrasting embroidery and a secure opening, but the construction can be adapted to your preferred brand style, club type and market position.
Yi Yuan Golf can develop coordinated covers for drivers, fairway woods and hybrids. Buyers may provide finished artwork, reference products, sketches or technical files. Our team reviews the shape, dimensions, materials, logo technique and closure structure before creating the sample.

Designed for a Coordinated Headcover Range
A single design can be extended across a complete headcover family. Driver, fairway and hybrid versions can share the same colors, embroidery and visual language while using dimensions appropriate for each club category. Putter cover versions can also be developed separately for blade or mallet shapes.
For brand programs, we pay close attention to repeatable logo size, thread color, seam position and panel alignment. These details help maintain a consistent appearance when multiple cover types are displayed together at retail or supplied as a set.
OEM Development and Quality Checks
After the specification is confirmed, a sample is produced for review. Approved construction and appearance details become the reference for bulk production. Incoming materials, embroidery, sewing, shape, closure function and final packing are checked at relevant stages of the order.
